About the Role
We are seeking married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This role requires a legally married couple to live on-campus and oversee daily activities for a small group of students while maintaining a safe and structured home.
Key Responsibilities
As Family Care Providers, your key responsibilities will include providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
