Job Description
As a houseparent couple, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to students in daily activities and responsibilities
- Living on-campus with students and serving as a positive role model
- Caregiving for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of students
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be 27 years or older
- Meet certain qualifications regarding dependent children, pets, and smoking/alcohol use
