Salary

This compensation package totals approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. We also offer relocation assistance and paid training.
Job Description
As a Family Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students. You will work closely with other houseparents and school staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their educational and personal growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
You must also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. Additionally, you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
