Job Description
As a Couple Residential Mentor at Milton Hershey School, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like setting. This role requires married couples to reside in student homes, providing support and oversight for the students while fulfilling various responsibilities. The position offers a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
