What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Care Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
As a family-like structure, we provide guidance and nurturing to approximately 8-12 students in on-campus homes. This role is suitable for married couples with experience working with youth.

We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We require valid driver's licenses, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and high school diplomas or GEDs. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
