Job Overview
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as family care providers. As a family care provider, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
