About the Role:
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Care Providers. As a Family Care Provider, you will reside in one of our student homes and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like environment for students
- Nurture and guide students in their personal growth and development
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
