Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily routines, ensuring the well-being of the students, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape the lives of young people and give back to your community.
To be eligible, both spouses must have experience working with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You will also need to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing care and support to the students.
