The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves managing the daily needs of 8-12 students, including supervision, transportation, and health care duties. Successful candidates will receive competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
