As flex houseparents, you will live on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like environment and handling daily needs, including supervision, transportation, and health care duties.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. With a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, plus a three-week paid summer vacation, you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
To be successful, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
