Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required for both spouses. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is also necessary. Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential requirements.
