Job Description
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding a group of 8-12 students, providing a nurturing family-like environment that fosters their growth and development.
You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, reporting, and supporting their educational needs.
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Couples must be married for at least two years, with both spouses being at least 27 years old.
They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license.
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
Benefits
As a Houseparent, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple.

Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.

You will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
