Care for disadvantaged youth as a Family Caregiver at Milton Hershey School. As a residential staff member, you will live on-campus in a student home with approximately 8-12 students, creating a family-like structure that fosters growth and development.
Your responsibilities will include guiding students, managing daily routines, and providing emotional support. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other residential staff members to create a positive and inclusive community for all students.
