Milton Hershey School seeks a dynamic couple to join our team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, fostering a family-like atmosphere in on-campus homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years.
You will guide approximately 8-12 students, manage daily responsibilities, and participate in the students' educational journey. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
A key aspect of this role is leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for the students.
