Job Description
As a married couple, you will provide a nurturing home environment for 8-12 students. Your role involves guiding the students, handling daily responsibilities, and promoting a family-like structure. You will also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the students' lives by leading daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and you should have a high school diploma or GED. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
