About the Role
The Family Caregiver position involves providing emotional support, guidance, and care to our students in a family-like setting. As a caregiver, you will work closely with your spouse to create a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our students.
You will be responsible for managing daily living tasks, ensuring the students' needs are met, and providing opportunities for them to learn and grow. This role requires a high level of commitment, patience, and understanding.

Requirements
We are looking for married couples who have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. High school diploma or GED required.
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
