Job Description
As houseparents, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing family-like environment for students. They will be responsible for guiding and supporting 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as transportation and medical administration, and leading daily devotions. Couples must be comfortable taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and adhere to the school's smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete an individual employment application.
