Job Description:
As a House Parent at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a supportive family-like environment for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include mentoring youth, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must be legally married for at least two years and demonstrate strong integrity. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
