Job Overview
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a key member of our team, you will provide a nurturing home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You and your spouse will live on campus in a student home, guiding and supervising a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your role will involve providing a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
