### Responsibilities
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in a consistent family-like structure
- Provide daily care and support for students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Execute various responsibilities, including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting
- Work collaboratively with other household members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
### Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must meet the age requirement of 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
