Job Description:
As flex houseparents, couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. Couples will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
