Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated couple to join our residential team as House Parents. This unique opportunity allows you and your spouse to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a House Parent, you will provide a family-like environment for students in a residential setting, ensuring their well-being and guiding them in their personal development. This role requires experience working with youth and the ability to manage household responsibilities while fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily care and supervision to students, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
