Job Description:
Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to fill the role of Family Caregivers. As part of our team, you will provide a stable and loving environment for students in need. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medication, managing budgets, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students.
As a Family Caregiver, you will work closely with your spouse to create a family-like atmosphere that fosters academic success, personal growth, and emotional development. You will be responsible for driving students to appointments, maintaining a clean and organized living space, and reporting any concerns or issues to school administrators.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including salary, housing, and paid training. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must be comfortable with this aspect of the role and able to model appropriate behavior for our students.
