Role Description
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a nurturing, family-like environment for students while fulfilling various responsibilities, including driving and administering medication. This unique role requires married couples to work together to support youth from under-served settings, emphasizing integrity and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Additionally, both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).

Schedule
