Creating a Home Environment
Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers, creating a home environment for our students. In this role, you will work closely with your spouse to develop and implement a plan for student care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a household budget
- Plan and prepare meals for students
- Ensure student safety and well-being
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
