Job Description
Couples who reside in on-campus student homes will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing a consistent family-like structure for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. Couples may have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home and must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
