Salary and Benefits:
Couples who become Flex Houseparents can enjoy a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This compensation package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Our unique work schedule offers nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You'll also receive three weeks of paid summer vacation.
Job Description:
As Flex Houseparents, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students, guiding them in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other essential tasks.
You will reside in on-campus homes and work closely with your spouse to create a consistent family-like structure for students. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be at least 27 years old
- Not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
- Limits apply to pets, with only fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted
- Hold a valid driver's license and be certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
- Complete an individual employment application
