What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Caregivers. As a couple, you will reside on campus and provide a family-like structure for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Our ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You should be a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years, both 27 or older, and able to handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and relocation assistance. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
As Family Caregivers, you will guide and nurture students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
