Flex Houseparents are responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive students to school events and activities
- Administer medication to students as needed
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Report student progress and any concerns to supervisors
