Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill a unique career role as family-like figures for students. As Houseparents, Full-Time, you will provide guidance and support in a living environment, serving as a nurturing presence for our students.
The ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be committed to integrity and service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage various responsibilities and ensure the well-being of our students.
In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. As a Houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and help them develop important life skills.
