Providing a Caring Environment for Youth
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of House Parents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As House Parents, you will reside on campus and guide and support 8-12 students in their personal and academic development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Handle household responsibilities
- Assist with transportation and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
