**Family Environment Coordinator**
We are seeking a married couple to serve as Family Environment Coordinators, providing a supportive family environment for 8-12 students as Residential Youth Caregivers. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive students to appointments and activities
- Administer medication to students as needed
- Manage household budgets and expenses
- Report student progress and behavior
**Requirements**
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
