As a Family Environment Coordinator at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This position involves married couples guiding a small group of students in on-campus homes, handling responsibilities such as budgeting, transportation, and health care.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
