Job Description:
We are seeking married couples to become part of our dynamic team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your role will be to provide a consistent family-like structure for our students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. You should also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
