Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses must be age 27 or older. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Valid driver's licenses are required, and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans is necessary. Couples must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
