Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to become Houseparents, Full-Time and provide a loving and supportive family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Houseparents, you will live on-campus and be responsible for the daily care and guidance of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires a high degree of empathy, patience, and dedication from both spouses.
Key Qualifications
To be successful as Houseparents, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be able to work effectively as a team, communicate clearly, and maintain confidentiality. Additionally, you should be willing to undergo training and adhere to school policies and procedures.
