What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Environment Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our House Parent team. As a House Parent, you and your spouse will reside on-campus and care for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a family-like environment for our students
- Driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Reporting and other tasks as needed
You will enjoy a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- A salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approximately $150,000 per couple)

To be successful as a House Parent, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
