About the Role
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As houseparents, you will live on-campus with your spouse to provide a family-like atmosphere for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, administering medications, budgeting, and participating in students' daily lives. You will help students develop important life skills and values, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. Valid driver's licenses are required, and you must be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
