Responsibilities:
- Guiding student development and academic success
- Providing a supportive living situation for students
- Sharing responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
