What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Environment Provider position at Milton Hershey School?
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be part of a team that provides guidance and support for at-risk youth in a family-like environment. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure the well-being of students and maintain a safe, healthy living space.
Responsibilities include managing household tasks, driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading students in daily devotions. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
In return for your hard work, you will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, a three-week paid summer vacation, and relocation assistance and paid training provided.
