We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents, responsible for creating a nurturing family environment for 8-12 students in our on-campus student homes.
As Flex Houseparents, you will oversee various responsibilities including transportation, medication administration, and financial management while living on campus. This unique career opportunity offers a comprehensive benefits package, including salary, free housing, and paid training.
Our ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted.
