The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves serving as flex houseparents for students in a group home setting. This role requires couples to reside on campus, providing guidance, support, and daily care for students while managing responsibilities such as driving and administering medication.
Responsibilities
* Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
* Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting
* Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home
Benefits

Qualifications
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

* Valid driver's license
* Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* High school diploma or GED required
