As a Houseparent, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides a nurturing, family-like environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting students in their daily activities, driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing a consistent family-like structure for students.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students.
Compensation Package:
Total annual salary: approx. $150,000 per couple
