Responsibilities and Requirements
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for students. You will work closely with other houseparents and school staff to ensure that students receive the care and guidance they need to thrive. To be eligible, you must have experience working with youth, be a legally married couple, and meet certain age and dependency requirements. You must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are necessary.
