We are seeking married couples to fill the role of Residential Youth Caregivers at the Milton Hershey School. As a residential youth caregiver, you will provide a supportive family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students, helping them to grow and develop.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. They will be responsible for handling daily tasks, leading daily devotions, and assisting with medication administration and budgeting. Additionally, they will take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and provide guidance and support to the students.
What We Offer:
- A salary of $43,825 per person, totaling a compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school
- Three-week paid summer vacation
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Limits on pets, only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
