We are looking for dedicated couples to join our team as supportive family environment providers. As a couple, you will reside on campus and provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Job Description
You will work together to manage daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also provide family-like support and guidance to students.

- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple

Eligibility
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
