Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Residential Care Coordinators. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As Residential Care Coordinators, you will work closely with your spouse to create a family-like environment that promotes the educational and personal development of our students.
