As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting the students' growth and development, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

The role requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsibilities include guiding students in daily routines, providing mentorship and support, and helping them to develop important life skills and values.
• You will also be responsible for managing household tasks, preparing meals, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.

Our Compensation Package
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:

• A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation approximately $150,000 per couple)

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and adhere to other guidelines
