As flex houseparents, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and support to a group of students, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
Your daily responsibilities will include managing student care, driving, administering medication, and maintaining a safe and structured environment.
We're looking for dedicated couples who share our commitment to education and community service, and who can provide a loving and supportive home environment for our students.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
