Job Description:
The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School is a unique opportunity for married couples to make a meaningful difference in the lives of disadvantaged students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a caring and structured family environment, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, and engaging in daily activities with students while living on-campus. You will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and other tasks associated with being a household leader.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have been legally married for at least two years. You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and have valid driver's licenses.
